In the 2022 James A. and Linda R. Mitchell Forum on Ethical Leadership, the American College Cary M. Maguire Center for Ethics in Financial Services convened a group of financial services executives and leading academics to discuss ethical issues relevant to the industry today.

Specifically, the group tackled the question of trust in financial services and what businesses can do to earn the trust of consumers. Also discussed were ongoing topics of interest such as DEI and the rise of ESG investing.
