Mary Fischer-Nassib, CAP®, is the co-founder and CEO of Sow Good Now, a non-profit organization based in Newtown Square, PA, that teaches players to recognize their own personal gifts and use them for the common good. A former middle-hitter for the Villanova Wildcats volleyball team, Fischer-Nassib's passion for sports and community involvement inspired her to empower young athletes to share their gifts with others in meaningful ways and grow philanthropy through the sports they love.

Fischer-Nassib has built a multi-faceted background, having worked in both the financial services industry and non-profit world. Her expertise includes intentional and strategic philanthropic giving, family dynamics, investment management, business development, impact investing, and grant making. She has acted as both a philanthropic coach and social entrepreneur.

The success of her organization Sow Good Now has been the result of her passion for innovative social change and her understanding of youth sports philanthropy. The organization provides high-school and college athletes with opportunities to share their time, talent, treasures, and ties with diverse youth in their communities through the sports they love. Fischer-Nassib firmly believes that athletes who are connected to a higher purpose are more grounded, fulfilled, and successful in life, and are well positioned to serve as community-centric philanthropists.

In 2018, Fischer-Nassib earned the designation of Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) from The American College of Financial Services and has since gained extensive experience in the financial services and philanthropic industry.
