LeTian Dong, CFP®, WMCP®, RICP®, ChFC®, RMA® is the business development director for a new franchise consulting arm of The Nolan Group, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. The consulting group offers members a unique community experience among their peers, and a novel approach to getting things implemented at their practice as they're building their teams.

Inspired by her father, LeTian began her financial planning career in 2013. Fluent in Mandarin, she is an advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of financial planning professionals and driving change in the financial services ecosystem. LeTian envisions cultivating a culture and environment to foster talented and diverse financial professionals who will help guide and educate their communities in our rapidly changing global environment.

LeTian holds a B.A. in Economics and Management & Society from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
