Michael Sise

Michael J. Sise, CFP®, ChFC®, CPFA®, AIF®, CRPC®, a graduate of Stephen Decatur High School and Liberty University, began his career as a financial advisor in 2013. In the years that followed, he became a CFP® professional and earned his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), Certified in Social Security Claiming Strategies (CSSCS), Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor® (CPFA®), and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designations.

In 2021, Sise was recognized as one of six recipients of The American College of Financial Services NextGen Financial Services Professional Award. This national award recognizes a small group of talented and deserving young professionals who are making their mark in the financial services industry. Recipients must be under the age of 40 and continue to demonstrate outstanding performance and leadership in their careers and communities.

Sise has been an adjunct professor at Salisbury University’s Perdue School of Business for two years, teaching retirement planning. His passion for educating others and building financial literacy in communities can be seen in his engagements with the CFS staff, public speaking engagements, adult education courses, and most importantly, his client interactions.

Michael lives in Berlin, MD with his wife, Allison, and their daughters, Magnolia and Annie.
