Padric H.B. Scott, AEP®, CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, WMCP®, CCFC, CAP®, MSFP hails from humble beginnings in Tallahassee, FL. A true product of his environment, he was born to Rev. Dr Edward R. II (D.M.D) and Mrs. Pamela Scott (educator) who always encouraged him to dream bigger and go further, and to remember to use his gifts to be a blessing to others.

Scott began his collegiate career at Stanford University, where he then transferred home and graduated early from Florida A&M University with a bachelor’s in molecular cell biology in 2012. He then began his master’s at FAMU until he stopped to accept a contract to play in the NFL for the Arizona Cardinals upon the end of his college playing career. Padric’s professional career spanned five years, with stops in the Arena Football League and the Canadian Football League. During his professional tenure, he developed a lifelong passion for wealth management, having seen the disparities of knowledge that exist at high levels of diverse earnings and wealth.

Today, Scott serves as both CEO and founder of Crossroad Capital Partners, a full-service equity and estate planning practice founded in 2018 that serves as an umbrella organization for his consulting engagements, partnered with Northwestern Mutual. He is a lifelong learner, currently working on his Master of Science in Financial Planning (MSFP) with a concentration in Legacy Planning. He is also one of the fastest in Northwestern Mutual history to obtain the financial planning trio of CFP® certification, Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), and Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), and is a spokesperson for the Wealth Management Certified Professional® (WMCP®) designation with The American College of Financial Services.

Scott loves his God, Church (Mt. Sinah A.M.E), his family, working out, and spending time with his amazing partner Valeria.
