To increase awareness of ethical issues & raise the level of ethical behavior in the financial services industry.
The Center for Ethics in Financial Services promotes ethical behavior through program offerings that go beyond the "rules" of market conduct in an effort to help executives and producers be more sensitive to ethical issues and think more critically about ethical solutions.
Honoring Cary M. Maguire

Over a span of two decades, which included multiple trials, appeals and mayors, Mr. Maguire succeeded in a property rights dispute against the city of Houston, TX. Throughout this ordeal, his courage and faith that justice would ultimately prevail served to further strengthen his character and perseverance. Please join the Cary M. Maguire Center for Ethics in Financial Services at The American College in congratulating Mr. Maguire on his accomplishment and for believing in the principle that the rights of property owners must be defended at all times.
