If you are working with a financial advisor who uses a designation conferred by The American College and you have a complaint about the ethics or professionalism of that advisor, please email The College at Registrar@TheAmericanCollege.edu.
The American College has an extensive disciplinary process through the Certification Committee of our Board of Trustees to address any consumer complaints we receive. All designees must adhere to the Code of Ethics of The American College.
