Brian H. Early Lecture Series
Managing Partners and Managing Directors, in partnership with the Northwestern Mutual Foundation, have recently created a permanent fund to honor Brian with a yearly lecture in his name and based on his beliefs. The first lecture was held in October 2009. The Annual Brian H. Early Lecture in Practice Management and Leadership features presentations by industry thought leaders. The goal of the annual lecture is to promote state-of-the-art management practices in financial services—the area in which Brian excelled.
One of his greatest passions was the recruiting and development of other financial services professionals. His legacy of dedication, knowledge, growth, and passion for the industry lives on in each of the individuals with whom he worked and in the clients who trusted him. In addition to his passion for financial services, Brian also had a passion and love for life. He often lived by the simple, three-word phrase “livin’ the dream”, because these words served as motivation and as a sign to himself that he had lived a full and good life.
The American College is proud to promote state-of-the-art management practices and to share the passion that Brian felt as he was “livin’ the dream”. The Brian H. Early Lecture will ensure that his legacy continues in the lives of his family, friends, colleagues, and clients.
