By effecting this transfer in lieu of payment, The College will recognize me as a donor to The College this year for the amount authorized by this transfer. I understand that with this transfer I am not subject to a tax liability for the amount transferred with regard to my personal income. I also understand that this transfer does not constitute a tax-deductible contribution.
