Kenn Beam Tacchino, JD, LLM is a consultant for the New York Life Center for Retirement Income. In addition to his duties at The American College, Professor Tacchino is also the head of the Economics, Finance, and Tax Department at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania. Kenn is also the editor of the Journal of Financial Service Professionals.

Professor Tacchino is the co-creator of the RICP designation and was involved in the creation of its three courses: HS 353: Retirement Income Process, Strategies, and Solutions; HS 354: Sources of Retirement Income; and HS 355: Managing the Retirement Income Plan.
