Ronald F. Duska Ph.D. is a lecturer and consultant on business ethics, the ethics of financial services, medical and accounting ethics. He offers continuing education seminars and workshops in those areas.

He is the author, co-author, and editor of numerous books. His most recent books are Ethics for the Financial Services Professional, Contemporary Reflections on Business Ethics and Accounting Ethics. He has also authored numerous articles on philosophy, business ethics, and ethics in the financial services industry.

Dr. Duska held the Charles Lamont Post Chair of Ethics and the Professions at The American College from 1996 until 2011. The Post Chair supports research and studies of the social responsibilities and ethical challenges facing the financial services industry. He also served as director of the American College Center for Ethics in the Financial Services, which sponsors a yearly forum on ethical leadership that brings together prominent chief executives from financial services companies with internationally prominent business ethicists.

Dr. Duska has lectured and/or taught business ethics as an adjunct professor at numerous universities including The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, The University of Virginia , Villanova University, The Pennsylvania State University, St. Joseph’s University.

For almost 10 years, Dr. Duska served as the executive director of the Society for Business Ethics as well as edited the society newsletter. He also serves and has served on a number of boards. He also served briefly on the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy.
