Paul J. Schneider is a former visiting associate professor and Guardian/Henry A. Deppe Chair in Pensions and Retirement Planning at The American College and was responsible for the College graduate courses in advanced pension and retirement planning. During this time, he also served as Senior Counsel to Paisner-Litvin, LLP in Bala Cynwyd, PA, a position he continues to hold to date.
Prior to joining Paisner~LItvin, Mr. Schneider was a partner at two major Philadelphia law firms, Duane Morris, LLP and Ballard Spahr Andrews and Ingersoll, LLP where he specialized in retirement plans, employee benefits and executive compensation. In 2000 Mr. Schneider was chosen as a Charter Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel.
Mr. Schneider obtained his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his JD from Columbia University Law School and a Masters in Law (Taxation) from New York University School of Law. Finally, he holds an MBA from LaSalle University.
