Governing Law

This Terms of Use Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Delaware County.

Termination

The College reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site in full or in part at any time without notice for any reason which is deemed to be a violation of any of the provisions of the Terms of Use Policy. You agree that The College shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any modifications, changes, suspensions, or terminations.

Non-Discrimination Policy

The American College does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex, handicap, or national and ethnic origin in its admissions policies, educational programs and activities, or employment policies.
