| (A.) | A statement of current campus policies regarding procedures and facilities for students and others to report criminal actions or other emergencies occurring on campus and policies concerning the institution's response to such reports. The College makes all employees aware of safety reminders during orientation and throughout their employment. Students taking a professional class on campus are reminded by instructors at the beginning of a program regarding evacuation and safety issues. We have emergency boxes and phones throughout Foundation Hall. All of our operations are in one building where we have a formal reception desk; all guests must wear Guest ID badges, and all guests register at the front desk. Doors are locked and secure and only available with an electronic sensor device. |
| (B.) | A statement of current policies concerning security and access to campus facilities, including campus residences, and security considerations used in the maintenance ofcampus facilities (See above). Maintenance is led by an external third party governed by the owner of the campus. |
| (C.) | A statement of current policies concerning campus law enforcement. All employees and visitors may call 8-911 for immediate access to local police. We have a live patrol of the campus at certain hours that we share with The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia during evening hours. (I) the enforcement authority of security personnel, including their working relationship with State and local police agencies. We do not employ security personnel. (II) policies which encourage accurate and prompt reporting of all crimes to the campus police and the appropriate police agencies. Our HR team encourages all concerns to be shared with the three HR professionals we employ, and any employee or guest may contact 8-911 at any time for emergency assistance. A phone that is properly marked exists outside the facility for off-hours contact to local police. |
| (D.) | A description of the type and frequency of programs designed to inform students and employees about campus security procedures and practices and to encourage students and employees to be responsible for their own security and the security of others.The College does not have residential programs, and as such the need for training comparable to that of a traditional university is not offered. A comprehensive Crisis Management Plan is managed by the Office of the President and Chief Executive Officer. |
| (E.) | A description of programs designed to inform students and employees about the prevention of crimes. Posters are publicly displayed regarding safety awareness,anti-stalking policies, and smart action procedures in the event of a threat or incident. |
