Where/what is the Proof of Completion Form?
The appropriate Proof of Completion form can be accessed from the email containing your Log-in information you will receive once you sign up for the course. If you have trouble downloading this form, contact the Webcast Support Hotline at (610) 526-1531.
The American College requires that participation in webcast events be monitored by a disinterested third party. Eligible monitors include anyone who will not derive financial benefit from credential renewal, such as coworkers or neighbors. (Ineligible monitors would be supervisors, employees, and relatives.)
How do I obtain a receipt?
Your receipt will be part of the email you receive after you register for the webcast.

How do I obtain CE credit?
CE credit may be requested on the registration form. In addition, when you complete the Proof of Completion form, you will have the opportunity to indicate that you would like CE credit.
How do I know that my CE credits have been received by my state?
If it is two weeks after the webcast and you have submitted your completed Proof of Completion form, you should contact your state if you would like to confirm that your credits have been received.
