Why can't I view the webcast? I am having technical difficulties.
Please make sure you adhere to the technical requirements listed below. Test your connection, and contact your internal Technology Department if there are any restrictions to viewing the webcast.

  • 800x600 pixels monitor resolution (1024x768 recommended)
  • Windows Media Player (Newest version required). Download the Program*
  • Note: If you are connecting to the Webcast from your company location or using a company laptop or pc, please contact your internal Technology Department to determine if there are any technology restrictions that will prevent you from viewing the Webcast. Click Here To Test Your Connection.

Where/what is the Proof of Completion Form?
The appropriate Proof of Completion form can be accessed from the email containing your Log-in information you will receive once you sign up for the course. If you have trouble downloading this form, contact the Webcast Support Hotline at (610) 526-1531.
Who can be a monitor?
The American College requires that participation in webcast events be monitored by a disinterested third party. Eligible monitors include anyone who will not derive financial benefit from credential renewal, such as coworkers or neighbors. (Ineligible monitors would be supervisors, employees, and relatives.)
How do I obtain a receipt?
Your receipt will be part of the email you receive after you register for the webcast.

Does the "Hot Issues in the Ethics of Financial Services" webcast count towards insurance continuing education requirements?
This webcast does count for insurance continuing education requirements.
Check your CE eligibility by State.
How do I obtain CE credit?
CE credit may be requested on the registration form. In addition, when you complete the Proof of Completion form, you will have the opportunity to indicate that you would like CE credit.
How do I know that my CE credits have been received by my state?
If it is two weeks after the webcast and you have submitted your completed Proof of Completion form, you should contact your state if you would like to confirm that your credits have been received.
I am still having technical difficulties. What should I do?
