The Women's Leadership Academy (WLA) at The American College is a community of female leaders in financial services seeking to refine their leadership skills and advance their careers through education.

What Are the Benefits? There is a growing need for exceptional talent. Organizations and companies who invest in the development of their leaders realize increased productivity and market share. Attendees earn three credits toward the prestigious CLF® (Chartered Leadership Fellow) designation upon successful completion of the final exam.
What Are Tuition and Other Costs? Tuition per attendee is $1,275 and includes matriculation (if applicable), HS 383 course registration, course tuition, study materials, and hotel meals during Summit. Complimentary shuttles are provided by Hilton from/to DFW Airport. Attendee hotel room/lodging and flight/travel expenses are at the participant's (or her sponsoring company's) responsibility. The negotiated room rate at the Hilton is $159 per night (before taxes and fees), per attendee.
