Estelle R Blockoms, MSM, CLF®, LUTCF®
Agency Sales Manager
American Family Insurance

Estelle Blockoms started as an insurance representative for American Family Mutual Insurance in March of 2004 as a scratch agent on the Northwest side of Indianapolis. She spent nearly 2½ years in agency where she successfully wrote 1,800 policies. Some of her accomplishments include 2 All Line Leaders, 2 All American, 2 Life Diamond Leader, and 2 ACP Agent of the Year for the State of Indiana in 2005 & 2006. In 2007 she left Indiana and moved to Illinois to accept her current position as an Agency Sales Manager where she oversees a territory of 25 insurance representatives. In joining District 843, Estelle was faced with an exceptionally challenged district ranked in the low 20 percent in Illinois. She gradually turned it around by becoming a business partner, liaison and strategic coach to her 25 agents. During the past 5 years the district's retention has increased by 4 percent, the overall loss ratio decreased by over 25% and the team's customer services scores are ranked consistently in the top 3 districts. Estelle commits her time to being in the trenches daily with her agents. As an Agency Sales Manager, she has won 5 All American Awards, 2 Distinguish Life Diamond District, 1 Life Diamond District and 3 Life Honors District Awards.

During her insurance career she has achieved her LUTCF, CLF, and MSM credentials from The American College and is currently pursuing her CLU.
