Ruthann Driscoll

Adjunct Professor

Ruthann Driscoll, JD, CLU, CFP®, RICP®, is an adjunct professor with the CFP® Certification Education, ChFC®, and RICP® programs at The American College of Financial Services.

In addition to teaching, Driscoll is also an attorney and founding member of Driscoll Law LLC.

Driscoll has held various roles throughout her legal career, including many years in private practice and positions as in-house legal counsel for a trust company, planned giving director for a university, and former director of advanced planning at Northwestern Mutual. Throughout her career, She has been actively involved in initiatives related to estate planning and retirement distribution planning.

She is a frequent speaker on Medicare, Social Security planning strategies, and estate planning at numerous conferences and seminars nationwide.  

Driscoll earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Marquette University, and her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School.
