Complaints Against Advisors
Maintaining credibility.
If you are working with an individual who uses a designation conferred by The American College of Financial Services (“designee”) and you have a complaint about the ethics or professionalism of that designee, please email The College at Registrar@TheAmericanCollege.edu.
The American College of Financial Services follows a process to investigate complaints about designees that involves the Registrar, Academic administration, the Board of Trustees, and legal counsel, if necessary.
All designees must adhere to The College’s Code of Ethics.
View our Enforcement Policies and Procedures.
If you would like to verify whether a designee has regularly reaffirmed their commitment to ethics and completed ongoing continuing education, visit YourAdvisorGuide.com.
