In the current business environment, companies and executives are oftentimes driven to perform acts of charity and social responsibility because of the tangible benefits involved, like tax advantages or buying goodwill with customers. But Azish Filabi, Executive Director of The College’s Maguire Center for Ethics in Financial Services, says it’s past time for businesses to start doing good because it’s the right thing to do.
