Financial Literacy Gap for Women is “Notable and Worrisome”

As women continue to become more financially independent, many are recognizing that they need professional advice to prepare a comprehensive plan for a life in retirement. This is an encouraging trend because according to data from studies including The College’s 2020 Retirement Income Literacy Survey, a troubling majority of women respondents showed deficiencies in their knowledge of retirement planning.
