With over 20 years of recruiting experience, 18 of which have been in the Financial Services industry, Kristin Dorm understands that recruiting is much more than filling a position; it’s connecting the right people with the right opportunity.  
 
In this role, Kristin leads the charge to drive growth, create recruiting excellence, and support the deployment and adoption of innovative recruiting and agent development initiatives. 
 
Before joining OneAmerica in 2020, Kristin lead recruiting strategy and direction for two regions at MassMutual. She worked closely with Regional Vice Presidents, firm leaders and internal partners to drive sustainable growth, improve recruiting efficiency and align strategy.
 
Kristin attended University of Massachusetts. She actively supports youth football and cheerleading in her hometown of Boca Raton, FL, and enjoys spending time at the beach with her children who are avid surfers and skimboarders.
