Padric H.B. Scott hails from humble beginnings right here in Tallahassee, FL. A true product of his environment, Padric was born to Rev. Dr Edward R. II (D.M.D) and Mrs. Pamela Scott (Educator) who always encouraged him to dream bigger and go further, and to remember to use his gifts to be a blessing to others. He is the youngest of three siblings, with loving sister Dr. Kanesha Cole D.D.S. (James) and brother Edward R. Scott III (Ayanah). He is also the proud uncle of Kaylin and Scott Cole and Aja Scott.

Padric began his collegiate career at Stanford University, where he then transferred home and graduated early from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor’s in Molecular Cell Biology in 2012. He then began his master’s at FAMU where he carried a 3.56 GPA in Molecular Cell Biology with a concentration in Cardiovascular Physiology, until he stopped to accept a contract to play in the NFL for the Arizona Cardinals upon the end of his college playing career. Padric’s professional career spanned 5 years, with stops in the Arena Football League, and the Canadian Football League. During his professional tenure, he developed a lifelong passion for wealth management, having seen
the disparities of knowledge that exist at high levels of diverse earnings and wealth.

Today, Padric serves as both CEO and Founder of Crossroad Capital Partners, a full-service equity and estate planning practice founded in 2018 that serves as an umbrella organization for his consulting engagements, partnered with Northwestern Mutual. Based out of Tallahassee, FL, Crossroad is currently licensed in 43 states, partnering with high capacity, highly intelligent, and self-made individuals, often found in the professional sports, tech, and portfolio management world in addition to closely held businesses through qualitative fee-basedestate planning and investment advisory services. A true believer in Equity and Inclusion, the majority of their practice consists of empowered women leading the way in many walks of their dynamic lives.

Padric is a lifelong learner, currently working on his Master of Science in Financial Planning with a concentration in Legacy Planning of which he most recently obtained status as an Accredited Estate Planner, serving as one of the Estate and Business Planning Specialists for the Florida-Georgia Line Network Office of Northwestern Mutual. He is also one of the fastest in Northwestern Mutual history to obtain the financial planning designation trio of, CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, and is a spokesperson for the WMCP® designation with the American College.

Padric loves His God, Church (Mt. Sinah A.M.E), family, working out, spending time with his amazing partner Valeria, and as a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. believes strongly in the motto of “Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor.”
