Dr. Debra Touhey is currently an Adjunct Professor of Finance at The American College of Financial Services. She is also the Vice President for a financial services firm in South Florida.

Dr. Touhey has a master's degree in Management and Leadership, another master's in Accounting, and her doctorate in Finance. Designations include licensing in Insurance, Certification in Commercial Bank Management, licensing in Mortgage Lending (inactive), and Certified Fraud Examiner. Her career has been exclusively in financial services having served as CFO and later CEO of major financial institutions, Credit Unions, and banks.
