Glenn E. Stevick, Jr., ChFC®, CLU®, LUTCF, is Adjunct Professor of Insurance at The American College of Financial Services. He is author-editor in the Financial Services Certified Professional® (FSCP®) designation program, writing course material including textbooks and moderator classroom guides. Among the published textbooks authored and co-authored by Professor Stevick are Techniques for Meeting Client Needs, Essentials of Business Insurance, Essentials of Long-term Care Insurance, Essentials of Insurance Products, and Techniques for Prospecting or Perish. In addition, he has taught insurance courses offered through The College’s Huebner School in its special off-campus course program, including the course based on the textbook he co-authored, Fundamentals of Insurance Planning, now in its sixth edition.

Prior to joining The College in 2001, Professor Stevick served as a New York Life Insurance Company training supervisor for 15 years in its South Jersey office. He also served as a New York Life agent for more than two years. Before entering the life insurance profession, he taught psychology at the college level and worked in various educational and mental health programs.

Professor Stevick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology at Villanova University and a Master of Arts in psychology from Duquesne University. He also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) certifications.
