About

Dr. Natasha M. Webster is a course developer, consultant, and an adjunct professor of organizational leadership at The American College of Financial Services. Dr. Webster has 20 years of experience working in higher education and government.

In addition to her work for the college, Dr. Webster lectures at the university level in the Schools of Business and Social Sciences at the undergraduate and graduate level. Dr. Webster serves as an educational consultant for an academic non-profit, and is a peer reviewer for an academic journal. As a qualitative research scholar, Dr. Webster’s current research centers on gender and leadership as it relates to professional development strategies for women in business and higher education.

Dr. Webster has co-authored a research article in an academic research journal and presented her research findings on leadership development at national and international conferences. She finds immense joy in helping others realize their academic dreams, and serves as a PhD peer mentor to doctoral students.
