Katherine “Kathy” Kreuchauf

CFRE, CAP®

National CAP® Study Group Facilitator

Kathy Kreuchauf, CFRE, CAP® focuses on supporting nonprofit and foundation leaders, helping them strengthen their boards and fundraising along with developing effective programming. She retired from The Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation. Prior to that, she headed a local United Way.

Kreuchauf holds both the CFRE and Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) credentials. In addition to her consulting work, Kathy currently serves as a national study group moderator for the CAP® program. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Ohio State University.

In 2020, Kreuchauf was recognized as the AFP Northwest Ohio Outstanding Fundraising Professional. In 2014, the foundation was recognized as the AFP/National Philanthropy Day Outstanding Foundation in Northwest Ohio. Kathy was the 2015 recipient of the Chamber of Commerce ATHENA Award.

Over many years, Kreuchauf has served on the Hancock County 4-H Advisory Council, the NWO AFP chapter board, the Hancock County Economic Development Advisory Board, The Toledo Opera board, The Marathon Center for the Performing Arts board, The Center for Civic Engagement board, and held leadership positions on numerous task forces and committees.

In her free time, Kreuchauf enjoys equestrian sports and gathering with family and friends.
