Thomasina Skipper is a workshop facilitator and presenter on business management, diversity and inclusion, and people development. She is president/owner of Thomasina Skipper, Business Growth Specialist Coaching & Consulting Firm, Skipper and founding principal, president, and partner in Diversified Professional Coaching, LLC (DPC), a business coaching firm.

Awarded national 2021 Business Coach of the Year from the Professional Business Coach Alliance (PBCA), Skipper has helped business owners build and execute business plans for various organizations and is licensed as a Certified Professional Business Coach by the Professional Business Coach Alliance (PBCA). A certified representative of the One Page Business Plan, she is also trained on the Extended DISC Behavioral Tool and is a certified advisor of the Recruit the Best System/CTS Assessment.

Skipper is a member of: Finseca, Int’l and on the board of directors of the Atlanta Chapter of Women in Insurance & Financial Services (WIFS), Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA) and a board member of MoneyWeave Academy Non-profit in Minnesota.

After joining State Farm as an agent in 1981, Skipper rose to agency field executive in 1995 and retired in 2013. A keynote speaker and presenter at numerous conferences, she is a member of the GAMA speaker’s bureau and a visiting lecturer for the American College of Financial Services.

Skipper earned an MBA from Kennesaw State University (KSU) with honors and her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University with a major in Political Science with a minor in Economics. Previously, she was licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, Health, and Annuities and NASD licensed for Series 6 and 63. She completed designations for Chartered Financial Consultant®, Chartered Life Underwriter®, and Chartered Leadership Fellow®.

Married to Benjamin Skipper, she is the mother of four adult children and 7 grandchildren. She resides in Jonesboro, Georgia and her hobbies include reading, traveling, and swimming.
