For over 25 years, Paresh Shah has served as a trusted consultant, leadership coach, and advisor to CEOs, boards, c-suite executives, and senior armed services officials, along with other leaders of publicly traded global companies, international non-profits, governmental organizations, and business owners seeking to drive professional and personal growth and success.

As a master facilitator, world-class coach, and organizational development and training expert, Shah provides a unique global perspective on the challenges senior leaders face. He has been invited to speak, train, or participate in major conferences, including TedX, Main Platform GAMA/AALU (FINSECA), SXSW (South by Southwest), Wisdom 2.0, and more.

Featured in multiple leading publications and journals, Shah is also a frequent guest on numerous podcasts and founder and chief value architect of Lifter Leadership, a global consulting, training, and transformation company.

As an early executive at Monitor Company, a strategic consultancy formed by Harvard Business School professors, Shah served top financial, technology, media, hospitality, industrial, and service clients. In addition to his coaching and advisor work, Shah co-founded 4 technology companies, one of which is currently valued at $1.2 BN.

Shah received an MBA from the Harvard Business School (HBS) and graduated first in his engineering class with a BS degree from the University of Maryland, where he was also president of the Honor Society.

A founding board member of the Washington, DC, chapter of TiE.org, Shah served as advisor for the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship, special advisor to the Alex Brown Center for Technology and Entrepreneurship, advisor to the Governor’s Business Council, and mentor to female and young entrepreneurs.

On a personal level, Shah is happily married and lives with his wife, four children, and two rescue pets in the Los Angeles area.
