Dominique Langerman, MPA, CAP®, is a regional vice president with the endowments and foundations team at Mercer Advisors. She partners with foundations, endowments, and nonprofit organizations to align investment management, governance, and philanthropic strategies with their missions and long-term objectives. As a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®), she helps organizations strengthen financial stewardship, advance mission-driven initiatives, and build sustainable frameworks for long-term impact.

Beyond her professional work, Langerman is actively engaged in the nonprofit community through board service and volunteer leadership focused on education, environmental stewardship, arts access, and youth development. She currently serves on the boards of Nature Israel, the USC Trojan League of Los Angeles, and Kids on the Move for Success. She also volunteers with organizations including the Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts and the Junior League of Los Angeles.

Langerman holds a bachelor's degree in business from San Diego State University and a master's degree in public administration with an emphasis in nonprofit management from the University of Southern California. Based in Los Angeles, she enjoys traveling, cooking, sailing, and playing tennis.
