Deborah Eskridge Glenn, MSM, MA, SPHR®, SHRM-SCP® is the vice president of administration and the chief human resources officer at The American College of Financial Services, where she leads all human resource functions. She is also the interim leader of the American College Center for Economic Empowerment and Equality®. She formerly served for six years as the vice president of human resources at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she worked closely with Drexel’s leadership, including the provost, deans, cabinet members, and department heads on their strategic human capital initiatives. Before Drexel, Glenn was vice president of human resources and organizational development at SECU Credit Union of Maryland, Inc., a $3 billion financial services institution in Linthicum, Maryland.

Glenn has extensive experience in higher education and the public and private sectors, including: the American Association of University Women in Washington, DC; Emory University in Atlanta; the University of Maryland at College Park; and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting in Washington, DC. She is a labor relations expert with a focus on human capital management and organizational development. She has created and facilitated individualized training programs in leadership, service, diversity, non-harassment, team building, and business process reengineering.

Glenn also holds a Master of Science from The College and her Master of Arts from Bowie State University, as well as Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional® (SHRM-SCP®) certifications.

Glenn has served on the board of the YWCA of Delaware and has participated in community revitalization programs including Habitat for Humanity.
