Chief Administrative Officer
Uneeka Jay serves as Chief Administrative Officer at The American College of Financial Services, where she leads Human Resources, the Project Management Office, and Institutional Effectiveness. In this role, she is responsible for aligning operations to strategy, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and supporting The College’s continued growth and performance.
Prior to her current role, Jay served as a consultant to The College, advising the president and executive leadership team on culture, leadership development, and team effectiveness. Her work contributed to advancing The College’s culture and strengthening leadership alignment across the organization.
Jay brings 25 years of progressive leadership experience, including more than a decade in executive leadership roles. She has held full P&L responsibility, led complex, multi-site operations, and managed large-scale transformation initiatives, including oversight of business units generating more than $150 million in revenue. Her experience spans healthcare, telecommunications, and consulting environments. She also founded Rewrite 365, a firm she built and led for a decade. She has partnered with Fortune 100 companies, global pharmaceutical firms, nonprofits, and higher education institutions. She is known for quickly diagnosing breakdowns at the executive level and aligning leaders to drive performance, profitability, and results.
