Paxon Stofcheck is a specialist, business project manager working with Nationwide Financial. Since beginning her career at Nationwide as an intern in 2021, she has worked specifically in the Nationwide Retirement Institute implementing thought leadership to strengthen partnerships and create change in the financial services industry through underserved markets.

Paxon currently manages The American College of Financial Services and National Council on Aging collaborations with Nationwide Financial. She also serves as a program manager for the Nationwide Financial internship program, which has an over 80 percent conversion rate. In this role, Paxon guides young professionals entering financial services as they are starting their careers in the industry.
