Tori Phillips serves as the program director of the American College Center for Economic Empowerment and Equality®, where she leads initiatives that expand financial education and career advancement opportunities with a focus on financial inclusion and closing the racial wealth gap. A seasoned nonprofit leader, she brings extensive experience across community impact strategies, communications, and design to drive measurable outcomes.

Previously, Phillips was the creative services manager for a Texas-based community foundation, where she implemented a new brand strategy that elevated organizational visibility, activated greater philanthropic investment, and forged stronger community partnerships.

Driven by a commitment to lasting and equitable change, Phillips approaches her work with a creative, strategic, and highly collaborative mindset. She is a proud Historically Black College or University (HBCU) alumna, earning both a BS and a BA from Jackson State University.
