In the 2012 James A. and Linda R. Mitchell Forum on Ethical Leadership, the American College Cary M. Maguire Center for Ethics in Financial Services convened a group of financial services executives and leading academics to discuss ethical issues relevant to the industry today.
Specifically, the group examined how the current financial services industry often doesn't serve the best interests of middle-market consumers. Methods to increse incentives for service to this community were primary focus of discussion.
