The College welcomes a new chapter in organizational leadership with Uneeka Jay as Chief Administrative Officer, bringing extensive experience in operations, human resources, and executive leadership.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA – April 7, 2026 – The American College of Financial Services is proud to announce the appointment of Uneeka Jay as chief administrative officer. Jay brings a strong track record as an operations executive, with deep expertise in people and culture strategy, operational and business process management, and leadership development.
“Uneeka brings a powerful combination of operational excellence and people-first leadership,” said George Nichols III, CAP®, president and CEO of The American College of Financial Services. “Her experience building strong organizations and leading strategic HR initiatives will be instrumental as we continue to grow and serve the financial services profession.”
In her new role, Jay will lead human resources, institutional effectiveness, and the project management office. She will also guide succession planning and leadership development and chair the Culture and Inclusion Council (CIC).
Jay will be responsible for guiding HR strategy, operational planning, and compliance to ensure alignment with The College’s long-term goals. In addition, she will oversee executive, faculty, and staff compensation, as well as executive recruitment and onboarding.

Jay also founded Rewrite 365, a firm she built and led for a decade. Here, she partnered with Fortune 100 companies, global pharmaceutical firms, nonprofits, and higher education institutions. Over the last 25 years, she has demonstrated expertise in operations management, medical devices, sales, contact centers, and enterprise leadership. Throughout her career, she has led complex, multi-site operations, held full P&L responsibilities, and managed large-scale transformation initiatives, including oversight of business units generating more than $150 million in revenue.
Jay’s appointment reflects The College’s continued investment in its people and culture as key drivers of institutional excellence and innovation.
