Changing the Face of the Profession
To address its diversity problem, the financial industry must make a concerted effort to recruit, educate, place, and support thousands more Black financial advisors. The face of this profession needs to change, and that change must start now.
Growing Diversity, Building Careers
African American Advisor Scholarship Program
This Program seeks to improve diversity in the profession by offering scholarships and career opportunities to Black professionals interested in expanding their careers. Full tuition support is available for our professional designation programs.
Engaging the Next Generation
LPL Equity/HBCU Student Scholarship
To boost diversity in the profession, we must start by connecting with undergraduate students who are still considering their career options. This program offers the next generation of advisors scholarships for our professional designation programs.
